What is The Leadership Lab?

The Leadership Lab is a 4-week cohort experience for leaders in the Indigitous network who want to explore their next step in leading missions in a digital age.

Who is this for?

This cohort is designed for emerging leaders within the Indigitous network. If you’re exploring how God might be calling you to lead in new ways and want to connect with others on a similar journey, this is for you.

What’s the time commitment?

You’ll participate in four 90-minute online sessions on November 19, November 26, December 3, and December 10 at 1:00-2:30pm UTC. Between sessions, expect to spend 1-2 hours on prep work, reflection, and exercises that will help you get the most out of the experience.

What will I actually do during the sessions?

Each session includes a story, a talk from a speaker who embodies Indigitous DNA, Q&A time, and structured breakout discussions with other participants. You’ll engage in case studies, wrestle with deep questions together, and get feedback from others who understand the challenges and opportunities you’re navigating.

What will I gain from participating?

You’ll walk away with three key things:

  • Meaningful connections with other leaders passionate about digital missions
  • Deeper understanding of Indigitous values and DNA, and how that connects to what God is stirring in your heart
  • Clarity on what God is calling you to lead in this next season
  • A concrete plan for what you’ll trust God for moving forward
How many people will be in the cohort?

A maximum of 20 participants. This allows for meaningful connection and ensures everyone has space to share, learn, and receive feedback.

How do I apply?

Fill out the form on this page. You’ll be asked about your reasons for joining, the opportunities you see for digital missions in your context, and what you need to make your vision a reality.

When is the application deadline?

Applications close at the end of day on April 23, 2026.

What happens after I apply?

Applications will be reviewed through the beginning of May. If you’re selected, you’ll receive an invitation on May 7 and will need to confirm your participation by May 13. Pre-work and preparation materials will be sent on May 19 to help you get ready for the first session.

What if I can’t attend all the sessions?

Full participation in all the sessions is required. We ask you to confirm your commitment to attending all sessions (June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24 and July 1) as part of the application process. The cohort experience builds week to week, so consistent attendance is essential.
