When I was 20, I went to #Hack4Missions at #Urbana15. That event changed my life. Instantly I was catapulted into a world where my skills were not orthogonal to the kingdom, but integral to it - a world where people like me could finally fit in and find our purpose. Since then I've been heavily involved in Intervarsity's Ministry in Digital Spaces, growing and building relationships through games and ultimately making the decision to lead a hackathon in my own city. I'm excited to see where the Lord takes me as I embrace what it means to be a missionary and a kingdom builder in the digital space. My key outreach right now consists of witnessing to my friends and building and maintaining relationships through Overwatch as part of a new form of evangelism we are referring to as missional gaming. I am also an open source developer and the local lead for the Chicago site of the Indigitous #Hack hackathon, as well as an active member of both the Kingdom Builders and MDS communities, either of which is a good place to reach out to me.
